Starting at Inverness and driving anti-clock wise its an amazing trip where every day gets more spectacular than the last.
Perimeter of Arizona
I used to travel to the US a fair bit for work and have often enjoyed taking a few days extra to fit in a drive. This one from 2014 taking in Flagstaff, Meteor Crater, Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest and more. The Chevrolet Camaro convertible was a rental.
Pacific Coast Highway
After a very flight to San Francisco, huge line through immigration and long queue for the car rental desk in blistering heat; I was a soft tough for the car upgrade sales pitch. It could of been worse as I came away slight confused with the keys to a Mustang GT. All this in 2012 and my first trip to LA. Glad I chose to drive rather than fly it.
