Jaguar F-Type P450 AWD.
This is the second Jaguar F-Type P450 I have had the pleasure in owning. This first was a Reims edition bought new in 2021. The current car is a 2022 model purchased just outside of warrantee. This means I am a bit more comfortable making small modification knowing I am not doing to have to do any explaining to the main dealer.
So a little bit of back ground. The V8 F-Types are a very old school 5L super charged 2 seater GT car. The car was introduced around 2014 and gained an instant reputation for its for its exhaust note, drama and a slightly mischievous streak. Over the years tightening regulations have seen the model mature such that some of the original appeal has been diluted.
The P450 was introduced in 2021 as a detuned version of the range topping R version while keeping the same mechanical bits. As such it offers a lot of potential.
My small tweaks to this car have been to release some of the original 2013 madness as well as unlock features the car has but are not activated.
